San Diego Triathlon Series Training Clinics

16 clinics are scheduled for 2019 They are designed to teach and prepare individuals to perform better in Triathlons and introduce those new to the sport. There will be 4 sessions in each of the swim / bike / run/ transition disciplines. The clinics will be hosted by our partners XTERRA WETSUITS, Pulse bikes, Rehab United and Road Runners Sports.

 7:30 am Transition Clinic

 - Rehab United - Learn to make faster transition from the swim to the bike, and the bike to the run (great for both beginners to experienced Triathletes) (check in 7:00 am to 7:15 am) 

9:00 am Wetsuit Clinic - 

- Xterra wetsuits will show you the best (fastest) way to into and out of your wetsuit, and discuss wet suit care best practices

10:00 am 2 clinics based on your experience level

Option 2 - Planning your 2018 Triathlon Training schedule and Triathlon Nutrition - Coach Bryan Hill  

11:00 am - Julie Moss Run and run training talk

Note on the - Transition Clinic starts at 7:30am - (check in 7am to 7:15am)Learn how to Transition from the Swim to the Bike To the Run. Great for Beginners and seasoned Triathletes. Bryan Hill from Rehab United has helped Our SD Tri Series Athletes to take value time off transitions and learn tricks to just do it all better. Bring everything you need to Swim / Bike / Run.

 What to Bring: Please bring the following for these Clinics:

Swim (Wetsuit - if you have one), googles, swim cap, body glide, towel - swim suit or tri-suit, wear what you will wear in the race)

Bike (Bike-yep you need it, helmet required, bike shoes, sun glasses)

Run (running shoes preferably with easy laces, race belt/number if you have an old one, hat/visor)

Please bring nutrition (water bottle + nutrition)

Note on bikes and other equipment: As mentioned above please bring a bike, this can be any kind of bike. Road bikes are preferred for triathlons but many people use mountain or hybrid bikes. Also, please make sure you check your tires have air.
